For the researchers, students, and families on the move, our grab-and-go market is stocked with chef-led, scratch-made options—from vibrant protein bowls to artisan sandwiches—designed to fuel big ideas without the wait.

Located in the growing Elyria-Swansea neighborhood, our spot in the lobby of the Hydro Building offers an airy, modern retreat with breathtaking views of the South Platte River and the native gardens through massive windows. It’s the perfect place to recharge between campus tours, grab a wholesome snack during the National Western Stock Show, or meet up with colleagues in a space that’s as inspiring as the research happening next door.
