Olive & Finch was born right here in Denver when our founder, Mary, set out to bridge the gap between fast-casual convenience and chef-driven dining. Inspired by her own personal health journey and memories of family gathering around the table, she created a casual restaurant concept where real, thoughtful food is accessible for breakfast, lunch, happy hour, and dinner every day of the week.

Starting with our original location in Uptown, we’ve grown into a family of neighborhood restaurants, cafés, catering providers and wholesale provisions across Denver, all rooted in fresh ingredients, scratch baking, and genuine local hospitality.
