Saturday, April 25: The Grand Reveal

Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Kick off the celebration with a full day of "Finch Festivities." As we transition into the afternoon, the energy picks up with live music and local art.

3:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Golden Hour Beats: We’re hosting Denver’s own DJ SugaBear Harris (from THE DROP 104.7 FM), who will be spinning house hits and top tracks to set the perfect Saturday mood.

3:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Live Art Showcase: Watch acclaimed artist Tatiana Cullen create an original masterpiece in real-time. Experience the process of live illustration as she brings our favorite "Finch" themes to life.

5:00 PM | Celebration Toast: Join our founder, Chef Mary Nguyen, for a complimentary bubbles toast to officially christen the new space!

Sunday, April 26: Beats, Brunch & Mimosas

Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Sunday is all about the soul of the neighborhood. We’re leaning into the ultimate brunch experience with old-school vibes.

11:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Sunday Beats: DJ MnM will be taking over the decks, spinning a curated set of old-school hip hop—the perfect backdrop for your favorite O&F brunch staples.

11:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Art in Action: Artist Tatiana Cullen returns for day two of her live painting residency, continuing her work on our custom opening-weekend collection.

1:00 PM | Mimosa Toast: Raise a glass! Join Chef Mary for a complimentary mid-day mimosa toast to celebrate a successful opening weekend.
