We accept payment by major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Credit card details are processed by a secure encrypted third party processor (Realex), guaranteeing security and convenience.
You must be the registered card holder to order any item from Olive and Finch.
Customers must provide a daytime telephone number. We do not add surcharges to credit or debit cards. Unfortunately we can not accept Electron cards. We reserve the right to decline orders as necessary due to credit card fraud.
Your items will be dispatched by your chosen after the stated production time. Although we will make every effort to ensure your products are delivered within the time stated, we take no responsibility for loss or damage incurred where delivery is time dependent. No compensation is payable to the customer for delayed receipt or inconvenience.
Purchases for personalised items cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun. With short process items such as engraving this can be within 1 hour of your order being received. If you need to cancel an item please contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we will prevent production if at all possible. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If the goods are faulty or different to the ones ordered please contact us in the first instance by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to resolve your issue as soon as possible. Please include your order number and a photograph of the fault for the swiftest resolution.
When personalising your items please ensure that you have entered your message correctly as once produced to your specification, these items cannot be refunded or changed.
If you receive an item with personalisation that differs from that shown on your order confirmation please email email@example.com with a photograph of the error and we will arrange either an immediate replacement or a full refund.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGERY
Our product images are representative of the options available and whilst every effort is made to show each item accurately there may be slight variations in colour and finish due to individual display settings on your computer. Engravings may appear darker or bolder on screen for ease of viewing. Every effort has been made to make sure all product measurements and capacities are accurate, however small variations may occur.
Alcohol and knives are not available for sale to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order for these items you confirm that you are over 18 and that the recipient receiving the delivery is over the age of 18.
None of the above terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.
Personal details are collected during the ordering process. Any information given during the ordering process are held by Olive and Finch for purposes of processing your order only. These details will only be used for this and not be passed to any third parties. We may occasionally sent out mailings relating to our products. You will not receive any mailings from us unless you have authorised us to do so, by making a selection on the check box when entering your customer details within the order process or signing up to our newsletter or promotions. Olive and Finch do not hold or have access to your credit card details. Credit Card details are held byPayPoint for billing purposes relating to your order only.
